This Wyoming master bath felt confined with an
inefficient layout. Although the existing bathroom
was a good size, an awkwardly placed dividing
wall made it impossible for two people to be in
it at the same time.
Taking down the dividing wall made the room
feel much more open and allowed warm,
natural light to come in. To take advantage of
all that sunshine, an elegant soaking tub was
placed right by the window, along with a unique,
black subway tile and quartz tub ledge. Adding
contrast to the dark tile is a beautiful wood vanity
with ultra-convenient drawer storage. Gold
fi xtures bring warmth and luxury, and add a
perfect fi nishing touch to this spa-like retreat.

We gladly sank our teeth into this Ocean Grove project, converting a 90's ensuite into a modern day retreat.
The toilet was sunken back into the window frame to help open the space, a 19mm terrazzo floor tile which was also used in their main kitchen/living space was used on the floor – paired with a handcrafted ceramic subway tile on the walls. The matt black tap-ware accentuates the sea of whiteness but nothing speaks more proudly than their (very heavy) custom made vanity and equally heavy cement counter top bowl.

Leave the concrete jungle behind as you step into the serene colors of nature brought together in this couples shower spa. Luxurious Gold fixtures play against deep green picket fence tile and cool marble veining to calm, inspire and refresh your senses at the end of the day.

This master bathroom was in need of a fresh update. Combining rich walnut, dark charcoal chevron and porcelain calacutta provided the perfect mix of contrast and texture.

A reclaimed vanity made from old wine staves used to ferment chardonnay was the inspiration for this bath. The walls are clad in whitewashed wood look tile to invoke the feeling of barn board. A semi-recessed cast iron sink and industrial inspired mirror tops off the look.

The master bathroom features an oversized shower with a custom niche and dramatic tile. The generous copper tub has high sides to envelop the bather. The exposed beams add a rustic charm to the chateau-like space and the cabinetry has delicate feet and central drawers. .

A wonderfully custom bookmatched vanity of unmilled pecan wood with a white silestone countertop wraps into a short stack of shelves. Penny tiles are installed on both the backsplash and the floor.

This master bath shower uses 6 different tile shapes and colors to add interest to the shower. A rug like effect on the floor was achieved with 2" hex emperador light, 1" crema marfile band, 1x1" emperador dark tile, surrounded with a boarder of crema marfil. The walls are crema marfil tile in 3x6 with an inset of a basket weave mosaic surrounded by emperador light dome liner.

SeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.
