Quick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.

Charming bathroom for guests using a colourful muted green vanity and mosaic flooring to give life to this space. A large alcove was made in the shower with tile for soap and shampoo. The finishes are in brushed nickel and gold.

Our client wanted an updated transitional look with references to the sea.
The design for this bathroom began with the selection of the Kohler Derring Wading Pool sink and Finial Faucet. The Robern medicine cabinet mirror was recessed into the wall and surrounded by glass "swishes" in the same blues as the sink. A modern touch we used is the waterfall edge on both the outside and inside edge of the vanity and the outside of the shower bench. The Quartz is by LG in a retired color, Rafine. Sand colored porcelain wood plank flooring was continued from the rest of the home and gives an organic driftwood like feel to the bath.
Hudson Valley lighting sconces are mounted onto the glass backsplash for a modern touch.

Open feel with with curbless shower entry and glass surround.
This master bath suite has the feel of waves and the seaside while including luxury and function. The shower now has a curbless entry, large seat, glass surround and personalized niche. All new fixtures and lighting. Materials have a cohesive mix with accents of flat top pebbles, beach glass and shimmering glass tile. Large format porcelain tiles are on the walls in a wave relief pattern that bring the beach inside. The counter-top is stunning with a waterfall edge over the vanity in soft wisps of warm earth tones made of easy care engineered quartz. This homeowner now loves getting ready for their day.

FIRST PLACE 2018 ASID DESIGN OVATION AWARD / MASTER BATH OVER $50,000. In addition to a much-needed update, the clients desired a spa-like environment for their Master Bath. Sea Pearl Quartzite slabs were used on an entire wall and around the vanity and served as this ethereal palette inspiration. Luxuries include a soaking tub, decorative lighting, heated floor, towel warmers and bidet. Michael Hunter
