Sara Levy DesignsThe owner of this top floor bathroom was looking for a fresh black and white look without the imposing, long bath. He also wanted to make a feature out of the fireplace. The units on the left house the boiler and a washing machine but the storage inside was not useful. We stripped the room and rebuilt the storage to fit a washing machine, drier, access to the existing boiler and some practical storage that can be removed to access the boiler. The fabulous blue floor tiles brighten up the room and we painted the fireplace black to help it stand out in the corner.

Mon Concept HabitationPour ce projet, nous avons travaillé de concert avec notre cliente. L’objectif était d’ouvrir les espaces et rendre l’appartement le plus lumineux possible. Pour ce faire, nous avons absolument TOUT cassé ! Seuls vestiges de l’ancien appartement : 2 poteaux, les chauffages et la poutre centrale.
Nous avons ainsi réagencé toutes les pièces, supprimé les couloirs et changé les fenêtres. La palette de couleurs était principalement blanche pour accentuer la luminosité; le tout ponctué par des touches de couleurs vert-bleues et boisées. Résultat : des pièces de vie ouvertes, chaleureuses qui baignent dans la lumière.
De nombreux rangements, faits maison par nos experts, ont pris place un peu partout dans l’appartement afin de s’inscrire parfaitement dans l’espace. Exemples probants de notre savoir-faire : le meuble bleu dans la chambre parentale ou encore celui en forme d’arche.
Grâce à notre process et notre expérience, la rénovation de cet appartement de 100m2 a duré 4 mois et coûté env. 100 000 euros #MonConceptHabitation

We did put natural wood tones along with fun large artisan blue tiles for their walk-in shower. Along with rock details to bring in the feel aspect of the beach. And finally a coastal wallpaper in their water closet!

hansen innenarchitekturDer Schrank für die Waschmaschine schließt mit der Wanne ab und übernimmt die Höhen der Fliesen – 90 und 120 cm. Hinter der Schiebetür unten ist Platz für Waschmittel entstanden. Hinter der Schiebetür im oberen Teil gibt es weiteren Stauraum, gleichzeitig bleiben die Wasser- und Stromanschlüsse für die Waschmaschine an der Rückwand zugänglich. Der Schrank ist weiß lackiert, die Deckplatte nimmt das Material des Regals gegenüber wieder auf – und die Griffe der Schiebetüren wurden passend zum Bullauge der Waschmaschine ausgewählt.
