- The effect is right back to the plasterwork having had 4/5 coats over the last 25 years. I removed the bubbling patches leaving an uneven / unsightly surface. Seeing it went back to the render I suspect it may be something to do with the original plaster mix.
My instinct is to somehow strip the the paintwork
Off entirely back to the original plaster and start again.
Looking for advice and hints/products on how to achieve this if indeed it i the best course of action?
