MODERN BARN CONVERSION - PONTELAND
MODERN BARN CONVERSION - PONTELAND
Studio Dean
This is the 'comfy lounge' - in contrast to the family room this one is calm, it is peaceful and it is not a place for toys! The neutral tones and textures in here are a delight and the colour is subtle, shaded and tonal rather than bold and pop like. You can kick of your shoes and grab a cuppa in here thats for sure.

A 1940's bungalow was renovated and transformed for a small family. This is a small space - 800 sqft (2 bed, 2 bath) full of charm and character. Custom and vintage furnishings, art, and accessories give the space character and a layered and lived-in vibe. This is a small space so there are several clever storage solutions throughout. Vinyl wood flooring layered with wool and natural fiber rugs. Wall sconces and industrial pendants add to the farmhouse aesthetic. A simple and modern space for a fairly minimalist family. Located in Costa Mesa, California. Photos: Ryan Garvin

Rachel from Shades Of Blue Interiors has such great style. We were thrilled to work with her on the makeover for the windows in her living and dining room. Her style is a little mix of farmhouse, french country, with rustic touches. We love everything about it.
