Loving pictures 2 and 5, 2 just looks so well and the colour of the door aginst the brick looks so right, my mid century love comes alive when I see no 5, a real Miami look to it!

Have to say, in the last pic it’s astonishing that a house that big has a garden (stoned area) that small :-( really would have kept at least a small strip of grass in that one to soften it a bit.

Add maximum kerb appeal by... 'Make sure you’ve mown the lawn and done the weeding.' You know, I'd almost laugh at this making a list as though it's not basic to living somewhere much less attempting to sell it. But sadly, having been in the market two years ago, yeah. This comes as news to too many people. Sellers' markets are so, so demoralising. You'll take our least amount of effort and like it/fight over it!

A neighbour with the same house can’t sell it. They’ve turned all the front garden into a grey car park. Front door is peeling. I think the agent may have said something now the garage and door are a fresh grey. Two hanging baskets and a climbing rose help. But seems too little too late. Be interesting to see if it helps.
