We have had strawberries for a few years running, apart from a few other things. Last year and this the squirrels are constantly trying to eat them. I keep chasing them away but can't do it all day. I've tried putting obstacles in the way all to no avail. Any ideas how I can get to protect them please. They are in containers. Also some insects are getting to them too and biting holes in them. I feel defeated!!

I love the steel for container beds idea but very expensive to do sadly, great effect though.

Growing fruit and vegetables is possible in many different planters and raised beds made from a variety of materials and weve found wooden raised beds have been a sell out in lockdown while everyone considers where their food is travelling from and has more time. The planting walls always look great but are very difficult to keep well watered to bear in mind
