@paradisept: There is a ton of info on tiny homes (100-400 sq ft). Some consider tiny up to 600 sq ft. It's basically a size that can fit on a trailer chassis for mobility. A growing number are liking a tiny home built permanently on a slab or other foundation.

Needless to say, a great resource for anyone looking to save on space even if it's not so tiny....is to peruse those tiny home websites. Even though I'm currently working on a 5 year project, I'm building a cottage in the woods about 1600 sq ft. It's smaller than the average 2600 sq ft home in the US, but larger than a tiny home.

Looking through a few tiny or small home designs, I've found lots of ideas I can incorporate in my larger 'small' cottage in the woods. So check it out. Use your browser for 'tiny' or 'small' home designs under 1000 sq ft.
