I have moved twice in five years. Going to move again, maybe the beginning of next year. I love to purge, when I no longer need something or just don't like it. I live in an apt. I give what I don't need to the Viet Nam veterans & they really do love me. I have gave them a bag over half my size & much wider than I'm. Also a desk chair that I absolute hated. Now, the things are building up again. After a clean a few things, I will be calling them again. I purge a lot. Since I live in an apt. it isn't hard to keep up with. It's just me & my friend. She is very neat, so no problem there. I keep, my cabinets, closets & all drawers, including my few junk drawers, don't look like junk drawers. Food I go through several times a week & get rid of anything spoiled. Today around 8:00 A.M. they are collecting the trash, so I'm going through things that I can trash. If I don't need it or want it it goes or I don't buy it. My biggest problem is my office. Been sick from trauma so much & it has held me back. My work, thank God I'm self employed & expanding, comes in in the mail, over the phone, & on line, with or without me. So I'm cleaning as I go, trying to take care of a box a day & stack it neatly in my walk in closet. Consolidate every chance I get. Just one area, with in the office at time & baby stepping. Since I still don't feel myself, finally I stop being so hard on myself. Since I started this a few weeks ago things are looking up & so much better. Everything has a place & is in its place. I clean as I go & it's working!! Feeling overwhelmed, all that does is slow you down & hold you back!
