Many of us have come to value being out in the fresh air, and taking cooking outside is one way to maximise time spent in the garden. Whether you’re making food for family, friends, a partner or just yourself, rustling up a meal outdoors can make it a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.
What sets an outdoor kitchen apart from a standard barbie or pizza oven is the addition of storage and a work surface – and, if you’re really keen, a sink or even an outdoor fridge. Take a look at the selection below, which runs from a simple corner shelf to a more elaborate standalone setup, and tell us in the Comments which catches your eye.

These are great inspiration. My husband and I are planning a big outdoor cooking and dining area under a retractable awning. We'll be BBQing everyday
I know outdoor kitchens are very popular and look lovely however I don't really get it. especially in this country .. if the weather nice we usually have salads, breads and cheese and stuff, simple foods, as my husband doesn't eat meat and I don't eat a lot of it. (I think people tend to eat a lot more meat products when they barbeque, than they normally would?) I imagine there would be a lot of flies if it wasn't cleaned properly.. each to their own but I think I would prefer to use the space for a potting bench..
