Working with Specialized Stair and Rail to create the stunning staircase and a unique louvered wall in our new home was an enjoyable process. Rob guided us throughout the project, took his time to answer questions and explain the process, and was very open to our ideas and vision and turning them into reality. He and his team took their time to create a prototype for the movable louvered wall that met their high standards. I would highly recommend Rob and the meticulous Specialized team not only for their high quality workmanship but for their attention to detail, timeliness, and ability to listen.

Ryan and Brian were all that a homeowner could ask for from any trade. Ryan's patience and perseverance in working through multiple iterations to the final vision was greatly appreciated, and he sourced materials that surpassed our expectations. And then arrived Brian - a true artisan. The pride and level of care and professionalism was impressive. From the moment Brian entered our future house, it was as though he was working in his own home. I had an excellent experience with Specialized. Once I chose my railing, everything was delivered on schedule, as promised and for the price that was agreed to. It's nice, and often too rare these days, that contractors deliver what is agreed to in a timely fashion. No complaints at all.

From sales to install, the staff make the experience a home run. The showroom and sales staff do a great job working with clients within their budget. Once the products get to site, the installers are true tradespeople and care about the entire scope pertaining to their job and not just installing stairs to collect a cheque. I'll continue to work with them and highly recommend this company.
