Jorca Contractors

I had raw sewage backup in my home in late November, 2017. I went on-line and googled, “licensed contracors,” JORCA popped up. I sent an email and got a phone call within the hour early on a Sunday morning. That was the best start ever. Things only got better. Everyone associated with JORCA is professional, responsive, kind, timely...I could go on and on!!!! I can not say enough about this company!!!! I was immediately put at ease. Trust me when I tell you there is nothing more gross then having raw sewage backup in your house. JORCA handled everything and always in a timely fashion. Jorge, Carlos and Rick work so well as a Team!!!! I have had many Contractors through the years, but have NEVER had a more pleasant experience. The quality of work, professionalism, integrity and timeliness is stellar,,,,I truly miss having them around, such a pleasure...always!!!! I will never look for another contractor again!!!! Promise...you will have ZERO regrets hiring them!!!!

I hired Jorca Contractors to restore our house due to tree damage. Their estimate was very close to the Insurance Appraiser's estimate, which right away told me that they were an honest company. One contractor gave me an estimate for over four times the insurance estimate. They completed the work in under three weeks and did a beautiful job. Carlos, Jorge and their crew were some of the nicest and considerate people I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed throughout the whole project and did all of the restoration work for the original estimate. I would not hesitate to call them again for any renovation projects I may have in the future, They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

Upon receiving a strong recommendation from a friend, my wife and I hired Jorca Contractors to paint a substantial portion of the interior of our house, to replace the flooring in one of our bathrooms, and to do some other repairs that were long overdue. The Jorca team of Carlos Menendez and his father Jorge were highly professional, as they were prompt, polite, courteous, maintained a tidy work area, and finished the job expeditiously. Perhaps more to the point, their workmanship was excellent, and they interacted with us, the customers, in a way that ensured the jobs would get done to our complete satisfaction. We will, without hesitation, be using them again as the need arises.

Jorca Contractors are excellent. I have worked with them for over 12 years and they do outstanding work and have painted both the inside and outside of my home, replaced an entire bathroom, and recently created an extra storage room - virtually anything I need to both maintain and beautify my home. They recently prepared my mother's apartment for selling and it is gorgeous. They are very detail oriented and cost effective and very considerate as they work in our home. They have my highest recommendation - I would use no one else!

We were looking for a person to repair our ceramic tile kitchen floor and also were looking for a contractor to install new hardwood floors in our three upstairs bedrooms. Carlos Menendez of Jorca Contractors Inc. was one of the people we interviewed. Based on this interview we hired Jorca for both jobs. We could not be happier with the result, They installed about 650 square feet of Bruce hardwood floor upstairs, The fit and finish is perfect and the work was done on time. Most importantly, the crew was neat and careful. One item worthy of note is that Jorca delivered the floor to our home two days before it was due to be installed, This allows the new floor material to "acclimate" to the home environment. It is the correct way to do the job, but in the interest of speed is sometimes skipped by contractors. On the tile work, Jorca removed about 6 cracked tiles and replaced them with some spare tiles we had on hand. Again, the work was neat and careful and the resulting repair is invisible (see taped area, which is where the tiles were replaced). I note that while Jorca did only floor work, they are a general contractor. I would highly recommend them for any floor project and would strongly consider them for any other home construction project.

We have used Jorca Contractors many times for interior and exterior painting. They always do an excellent job. We particularly impressed by their attention to detail and work ethic. We have recommended Jorca to friends and family, who were also very pleased with their work.
