Misc ideas
Love the removal of grass and gravels. Perhaps river rocks too if good for water soaking.
Yard redesign. I love the blue stones and the last house with concrete/wood fence.
Family room: fantastic ideas for updating the family room with fireplace. Second and third picture combined gives idea: paint the trims in a different shade of light blue, then paint the rest white, make a bench seat where the shelves are. Put a mirror on the wall since we can't add a window to reflect the lights from opposite wall.
Like the periwinkle and golden green colors. I know they look good.
Good article on tiles.
Deck/backyard: Fantastic details for lawn/backyard/deck remodel. I like the stones/pebbles and the stairway.

For powder room makeover
Tiles for powder room and bathroom!
E's bathroom: I like many elements of this remodel: the towel/luggage rack over the toile, the shower glass tiles and the nook tiles, the idea of creating a nook, mirrored medicine cabinets, a recessed towel rack area, the floor tiles etc.
E's bathroom: (after photo) the towel rack and mirrored medicine cabinet are great since we don't have any. I like that!
E's bathroom: (after photo) I like many elements of this remodel: the towel/luggage rack over the toile, the shower glass tiles and the nook tiles, the idea of creating a nook, a recessed towel rack area, the floor tiles etc.
E's bathroom: (Before photo) looks very much like our current bath. Ours is probably a lit longer but looks the same size.
Powder room: Good example of painting the entire walls and ceiling in blue to make room look bigger. Also white would be the best choice for vanity.
Powder room: how about light purple? And here is a visual to see painting the ceiling the same color as the walls to make the room feel bigger. With this color, floor won't need to be changed. Also the vanity needs to be light colored but dark brown may work.
Powder room: visual aid to see how pretty blue would look when painted over panels. Here there are panels. Also LOVE the floor tiles, may not be a bad idea to add an interesting floor tile in this space. White may be the way to go for vanity as it lightens up the room. I would like a much lighter shade of blue though.
Love the staircase paintwork. This shows white paint looks nice on wainscoting.
Powder room: Love the half pink wall and how it creates a pop of color! Could that be done with the paneling? I also like the mirror on the wall and the sink! The window treatment is nice too.
Living room/family room: decorating idea. I like the location and the piece of furniture in the corner for creating a reading nook in the family room. One thing we could do with the corner after removing the built-in TV cabinet.
E's bath: another pretty floor and shower tile, I like this border highlight in blue very much! Would go well with white vanity.
E's bath: another nice tiling for the floor. I like the irregular shapes.
E's bath: I like the tile color and the shower color combination, of the dark brown floor and blue tiles, which will pair well with white vanity! (one of my favorite color combinations)
E's bath: Article with some tile options with detailed pros and cons. I do like the beige one for some reason, then the wood porcelain tiles and lastly the creamy one that's simple.
E's bath: like the tiles around the tub.
Powder room: another vanity I like and the bowl sink!
Powder room: sink idea. I love the wood plank and basin.
powder room, blue vanity
Mudroom: Like the built in seating area with shelves. May be too expensive for our mudroom but it would be much more efficient use of the space.
Mudroom: Love the layout, which is similar to ours with the counter on top of the washer. Also like the big sink and how there is cabinets below. It would be useful!
E's bathroom: very similar bathroom layout, so saving for ideas.
Powder room: another example of painting millwork white looks nice.
Powder room: the gray wall with millwork looks interesting. Goes to show that painting the walls white/gray would work!
Powder room: the vanity is interesting, something simple like that.
Mudroom: I love this one and it will work in our space. I like that cabinet below the sink.
Fantastic mudroom/laundry room ideas: I like at least 10 of them and it show various options.
Mudroom: A third option is to have 2 different counters: one around w/d and another around the sink. I like this too of creating a case around the w/d.
Mudroom: Another option without putting the counter all across w/d and using white w/d that O likes. This could be a happy medium to add counter only around the sink!
Mudroom: another one that would work in our space with counter.
Mudroom: Very nice counter and w/d set that would work in our space.
Kitchen remodel: In case of a full remodel, some good ideas for kitchen island, which is what I would like to have to create bigger kitchen/counter space.
House exterior: Like the pale gray paint color. With porch roof painted white/pale gray. Also stain the concrete?
Good ideas for curb appeal: -- wash exterior -- paint the porch roof -- install concrete paths/fix the path -- fix the landscaping by the garage -- change the garage door
- Focus on cosmetic update to kitchen (no changes to layout) - Update powder room first and keep the guest bath update limited too (don't change tiles on wall or tub if possible) Just change vanity, toilet, light fixture, floor tiles and a nice footboard. - Garage update may not be worth investment, just fix the walls and put in plastic footboard like office - Porch update is a good idea, get that cleaned up and washed. Fix the plants by the garage too!
Lawn/Yard: for side yard. Nothing jumps out or matches our situation. But in general I like putting stones to reduce grass where it won't grow.
