I love all the architectural details in this room. I would like to see a few pops of color in the furniture.
This is a good option for limited space by combining the laundry room and bathroom. The sink could serve two purposes and the shower would give space to drip dry clothes. I see this in a basement space for usable space everyday.
I love the all elements in this layout. A sink, and counter space to use for varies tasks. I like that the counter continues over the washer and dryer for additional work or storage space. Shelving, clothes rod or cabinet above might be nice. I think a window adds healthy, natural light to the space. A built in (full size) ironing board would be helpful. I would also like to have a small closet to store broom, mop, vacuum, etc. I would like to use one of the lower cabinets space to use for a place for cat food bowls and for the litter box. Ah yes!
Love that every nook and cranny is being used and is easily accessible.
Love that this space is fully utilized and is easily accessible.

Like the seamless flow of the cabinets. The wood grain gives a little interest, but not overpowering. The back splash behind the stove is a bit too dark . The back splash taken all the way to the ceiling is also a bit too much.
