two stories with double balconies is cool. I like the colors and small wood accents, black rail and window frames look nice. this house gives a tree house feel, high up, look out type
nice multi-levels gives a interesting to look complex design. vertical siding works well. I like the tall vertical black frames windows
I like the cement landscaping walls, not sure of those are expensive. siding looks good, nice grew color. small wood accents are nice, not sure if they hold up well in Az
multiple levels and I like the way the house is set into the grade. like the windows and black frames. like the roof lines
I like the big one piece roof line. Siding looks nice as a cheaper choice, wood accents always look nice. would want black window frames
The grey brick is a nice color. nice glass with black frames. wood always looks nice but worry about cost and durability. steel beams are cool but worried about cost
I like the colors, siding works well and may be a economic choice. black window frames are great. flat roofs are ok, prefer some angles
I like the roof angle, windows, cantilevered roof to create front patio
rood angles, brick, black window frames
roof line, grey exterior, floor to ceiling windows, brown framing around windows is fine to keep cost down
Like all the angles. Concerned about how all the roofs and angles impact cost.
Double patio. No glass patio.
big glass, black accents, brick
Like the colors. Wood does not do well in AZ
Okay with two stories.color is too light
Kinda cool, but would need more windows on the back side.
Definitely like this one and simple
This is my favorite by far! Windows are important to us to maximize the views and have the feeling of the outdoors in. Slanted roof lines are awesome.
Something about this house I like...I pinned it three times and deleted the other two.
Windows, windows, windows. We like earthy greens, differed shades of grey, and some black. We do like wood accents but worry about up keep in the desert due to the sun. Brick and stone for accents.
We are okay with two story especially as it seems it would keep cost down.
Lot of patios or decks. Need some space covered. Not sure I like the styling, but just noting the need for many outdoor areas.
This was the first photo I found I liked when searching for Sedona home ideas. I think the more I look the more I like darker colors.
This is an actual photo from one of the builders we are considering. I like the windows and stone, not necessarily the orange stucco. I would prefer a dark, olive green or an earthy green.
Polished concrete. I like! Durable and low cost from what I understand.
I like the beams the protrude from inside to outside. like the roof line and glass
