Mudroom Laundry
Another sample where shoes are below the coats.
A shoe rack that is tilted and thus easier to see the shoes might be a good idea, although then maybe less useful for other items.
This might be a good way to use space, and to put shoes beneath the coat hangers.
We have not found a shoe storage we love yet. It might just have to be something simple like this, although we think we want to cut down on the number of shelves, but keep the higher ones for shoes, maybe with drawers beneath.
Another one with bar over the appliances. Might be best to do it that way.
We like the high faucet, and the easy to clean cabinets, although we will likely keep ours white.
We do not like this criss-cross feature for the open shelves.
It may be that we need to put our rod above the washer and dryer like this one, and not worry about making the upper cabinets symmetrical on that wall. Since the window is not centered anyway, maybe this is the best thing. We do want to put our washer and dryer on a pedestal - maybe one of those 4-6 inch drawers that we could put cleaning supplies in.
We do want a hanging rod somewhere, but not sure where the best place is.
We do not plan on having plastic hampers like this.
We have decided we prefer the look of no counter on top of the washer and dryer, as it can already serve as a counter. We do prefer cabinets that go to the ceiling with crown molding.
We want one of these, although if it were a double, potentially one half is the hamper, and the other half has two smaller bins, one for trash, one for recycling. But, we think the trash and recycling should maybe be separate as in the drawings.
We do not like this much closed space
We like the drawers on the left of the bench, where they are closed drawers in the bottom and open shelves on top, although maybe a little wider.
Closed look...not sure I like
