General layout with dining at end. Surfaces 750mm deep rather than the standard 600mm - two sides kitchen a little closer together and can have your kettle and appliances on the worktop and still have room at the front to work.
White splash back - minimal - but ensure add warmth by exposing some London stock brick and having old wood open shelving & potentially lower units painted darker shade to blend into floor mid- grey floor.
