Like the split pitch roof line here
We really like the loggia in this one, but appreciate that it may be beyond our budget
We feel as though this might be what we're aiming for, but happy to see other ideas
Indoor outdoor flow here feels nice
Interesting form here, like the covered entry
nice space with the high windows
mid century feel with the stone work in this room
Aspirational kitchen/living/dining area
in this house, the higher windows were placed at the east and west ends of the room. we initially found it strange that they hadn't put the higher windows along the northern face as well, but after our discussion this was probably done to reduce the heat coming into the room during the summer.
high windows, built in shelving
High windows
Simon's favorite! really like the feel of this room
this is nice, with the window seat, feature wall, high ceilings and lots of light
Very mid century (which we love), but not to this extent in this build! like the raked ceiling, fireplace, inbuilt book shelf and that the TV is not the focus of the room
Lots of natural light
note the high windows
There's a lot we like about this. The fireplace with the brick chimney, the high windows above the curtains to let more light in,
banquette dining area. we also like being able to incorporate the bookshelf behind the seats

Our aspirational laundry/mudroom layout!
we really like this inbuilt shelving
partition wall to create passage way, but allows light to flow over the top
laundry/mudroom storage
laundry/mudroom storage
Laundry to incorporate some sort of 'dumping ground' for coats, shoes, bags etc.
External features being brought inside
Exterior materials forming a feature wall in the entry way
Well defined entry space. Interest to the walls and natural light via the windows next to the door
Laundry flowing through from the garage
We like the pull down clothes airer shown here
Note the natural wood feature behind the bed. Adds warmth to the room
Note the feature wall behind the bed. In this case it is melamine, but any sort of feature would do. Looking for texture and warmth
WIR and en-suite layout ideal
