Elizabeth's ideas
Beautiful when offset from each other?
Yes!
I could do a ton of these, in all colours!
These could offset the teal and blue ones?
I love this stuff
Beautiful!
Love it!
These are gorgeous -- but raised, so no good for kitchen backsplash

A (too) rustic pedestal table idea.
Like the wooden pedestal and chairs that would be comfortable for long-term seating even if didn't have cushions (though a cushion is an option). Don't like arms on table chairs.
In small quantities, very nice! Perhaps inside kitchen cupboards?
Too fun!
Pretty
I do like this style
I like the lantern lights
Lovely
Simple but lovely

Beautiful, even without much colour!

Perfect for Deborah & Jonathan?
I like the colour connecting the inside and outside. It does make it seem more spacious and coherent.
Extending Dining Table- Concept, please ignore the finish; I'm interested in whether you'd like the shape and legs? - Pedestal legs, please! Then squeezing people around fits better.
Extending Dining Table- Concept only, please ignore the finish; what do you think of the legs? - I think they're very good. Will confirm with Doug!
Wild (but maybe serious) design idea: have all of Psalm 119 somehow throughout the house? Beautiful :-)
Love this feel. Also happy with a little more colour.
Wood portion of island where people sit, but not for the actual worktop. Yes!
Especially: chandelier (or interesting light of some kind), photos (item of interest above the bed: NOT a blank wall) and use of colour
Clever.
Fun idea! I'd prefer a less angular pattern.
Pleasant garden fence with height: something like this on the Wilberforce side?
Elizabeth, this is what I have in mind, where funky pattern vinyl floor meets wood. I've recently installed something similar for Cambridge Home & Garden show and many homeowners loved it. - Like the idea, but let's please stick to natural floors (wood, tile or linoleum rather than vinyl). Doug's fairly certain he wants wood throughout in the kitchen, but we might convince him to do something just for the kitchen area.
Definitely need lots of display areas for Lego
Very pretty- I have this idea for the entrance hallway to combine pattern with wood- for both wow effect and for maintenance- will try to find pictures of what i mean and add them here
With note: "store books where kids will be tempted to read them"
