The Hove office did a great job in planning and organising our kitchen installation. We had some problems with externally contracted installers but the aftercare service from Harvey Jones to put things right was excellent. In particular Wayne Ashman created a very good design for our large kitchen, he sorted out all problems and has a wonderful caring attitude for his clients; while the painter Marcus was also excellent. It is important to have a kitchen provider like Harvey Jones who wants your kitchen to last a long time.

A long and challenging job - but Vlad's commitment and enthusiasm never waned. He was always on hand to troubleshoot and give guidance - and always with the utmost professionalism (and much needed patience). We could hardly have been more impressed with Vlad's responsiveness, punctuality and attention to detail in all his dealings with us. He even asked to see photos/updates from our site while he was on leave! We consider ourselves lucky to have had Vlad on our project.

We had an excellent service from Harvey Jones, Chislehurst and love our new kitchen! Our designer Amy was enthusiastic and engaged from the start, and involved in every stage of the process. She made a good relationship with us and worked with us creatively and patiently as we collaborated on the design, and thought with us about the many decisions to be made e.g. about the layout, storage and recycling options, the type of cooker, hob and extractor, the taps, worktop, flooring and paint colours At times it felt endless! Amy was both pro-active and responsive, and visited the site frequently. Both Amy and Brad, the fitter, had a ‘can do’ attitude, they had high standards and nothing was too much trouble. Everything went as planned and we had confidence that any snags would be promptly and efficiently taken care of. Thank you.

When we first met with Anna, at Bournemouth Harvey Jones studio, we didn’t have much of an idea at all on the type of kitchen we wanted. The kitchen would be built within a new extension of a period property, so would need to reflect and blend old with new. Very quickly, Anna got to know us and to understand the type of kitchen we were envisaging. From a practical perspective, as a family with young children that likes to entertain, and from a design viewpoint. Ana appreciated how important it was for the kitchen to complement the other renovation works being done. Together, we came up with the overall design and then the finer details were all agreed in quite a short space of time. Anna was excellent in suggesting the different options that would work for taps, splashback, paint colours etc. We also had fun drawing up a bespoke chimney housing unit for the extractor. From a kitchen design perspective, they were excellent throughout. We had a (very!) last minute change of mind in terms of the worktop, but HJ dealt with this straight away and with no issues at all. We had to delay fitting of the kitchen a few times, but again this was not an issue. HJ were in regular communication with our building contractor to co-ordinate fitting, installation and painting of the units. Regularly onsite, their project management was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones. In fact, we have already recommended them to friends as we are so happy with our fabulous kitchen!

Our kitchen was originally built by Harvey Jones a few years ago, by the previous owners of our house. We recently contacted the East Sheen office to help us repurpose and repaint the kitchen to fit to our current needs. We were delighted with the professionalism, speed and with the quality of the work delivered. Annalisa was an incredible Project Manager and made sure that we would follow the timelines, and advised us throughout the project. The technical team, Brad and Tony, were also extremely competent, helpful and exceeded our expectations along the way. The process was stress free and the speed was much higher than we anticipated. We would highly recommend Harvey Jones.

Having looked at a wide range of alterative suppliers, we chose Harvey Jones for the quality of their kitchens and the excellence of their service. From the moment we entered the showroom in Chichester, Kelly showed great interest in our project and constructively challenged some of our ideas to improve the design. Throughout the implementation, she collaborated really well with other contractors and was a fantastic project manager – always available and keeping us informed, delivering on time and to budget. Given we were not around during the week, we placed a lot of trust in HJ and Kelly and they never once disappointed After a long period of deliberation, we now have a kitchen with which we are thrilled. While not the cheapest, you do get what you pay for. We would not hesitate to recommend HJ and Kelly in particular.

We love our kitchen! Cecily listened carefully to our wish list and worked with us to achieve our dream kitchen based on what we could afford. This took a little bit of time but it was well worth it to make sure we got the quality kitchen we wanted at a price we could manage. The delivery, installation and painting all went according to plan and Cecily was on hand all the way to make sure we were aware of the process. My kitchen is easily my favourite room in the house, and everyone says what a great space it is. Very, very happy and would definitely use Harvey Jones again.

We came across Harvey Jones on-line rather than by personal recommendation, and then visited the Westbourne store on the same day as two other companies.The reason we chose HJ was that we saw the excellent quality of furniture and were given plenty of time and attention by Anna Marksen, the designer. The whole project took 14 months as it involved some building work, needed to fit with our own working lives, and we are slow planners. Anna was patient and attentive as the design went through many revisions; achieving that balance between implementing what we asked for and making suggestions from her own experience. We are particularly grateful for her work in sourcing stone that we wanted in a particular (and, as it turns out, unusual) colour. We moved in two weeks ago and are delighted with what we have - the quality and finished appearance are all that we wanted. It looks very beautiful. As we are still learning how to use it (it is very different from what we had previously) it is a little too soon to say whether there are elements we will wish we had designed slightly differently.

Trusting Harvey Jones Cambridge with our kitchen was one of the best decisions we made when we built an extension to our home, including our new kitchen. Claire MacKay at Harvey Jones was very good to us, providing clear explanations, a great eye for design within the space we had, great patience with us as our build was delayed, and real attention to detail on the fitting, installation and painting arrangements. Finding reliable and good people to work with on a home extension can be difficult, but Claire made things so much easier for us. Highly recommended.

Four years ago I had Harvey Jones’s kitchen installed. I decided to get a new kitchen for a few years only before refurbishment my house later one. I went with Harvey Jones, not with a German or Italian maker to safe money. Very bad decision, the worse decision I have ever made! We have four houses around the world, and one of them was built for us up in the mountains in Switzerland. We just had to move in and enjoy the house. I walked into Harvey Jones in Notting Hill around the corner and was greeted by a kitchen designer Richard who promised that he’ll be supervising the whole kitchen installation day by day, especially the show room was only five minutes walk from my house. Richard promised that the installation would take three weeks the most. It was perfect for us because we were going to be away in Switzerland during that time. As soon as we handed him money Richard took off for a two weeks holiday! When we came back the kitchen was not installed and we had to live for four more weeks without the functional kitchen. I thought that I didn’t have to involve my interior designer because Richard was actually a kitchen designer. Huge mistake! We went with Miele. Richard bought for us a tiny dishwasher where I couldn’t fit in anything because I have a family of five. I never knew that such small dishwasher even existed. Every day I have to run a cycle two-three times a day! An oven appeared to be tiny! I couldn’t fit it my trays, nothing into the oven! Richard was insisting that it was a standard size which was a complete lie! Finally it was replaced with a standard size oven after me talking with some area manager Victoria. Victoria was comparing during my conversation HJ kitchen with a car. Basically she was saying that if you go with Harvey Jones’s kitchen you wouldn’t get anywhere. She was comparing her kitchen with a car which had no engine. I wish I had never touched my old kitchen and went with an Italian or a German maker! The painting of the wood pilled after few months without any reason! I have a cleaner coming twice a week to keep the house nice and clean. So not my fault! I used to have much more space with my old kitchen to store everything. Now day by day I’m struggling with the space. I tried to reach out for help and called the main office multiple times. It was handed poorly and nobody cared. Nobody called me back. I tried again to reach out with complains yesterday. Just got an email saying that the life chat has been closed and I should send email. I’m annoyed day after day with HJ kitchen! I wonder how possibly you could screw up completely such a small project after you customer had spent 30 K? Never ever anything like that happened with our three other properties! How was it possible for Richard to show up on the side only three times after the cash was handed and go on multiple holidays despite promising to supervise the project on daily base? The worse experience ever! The worse money spending ever! Do not buy a kitchen from Harvey Jones! I can’t wait to refurbish my house. The first thing I’m going to do is to look for a new kitchen after getting HJ kitchen only four years ago. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody! Horrible design from the 19th century! In Switzerland the kitchen spins around, very functional, spacy , lots of fun to cook and entertain guests! For much less money and zero headache! My stove by Miele couldn’t fit in two standard pots at once! Richard didn’t measure properly. I could easily have a bigger size stove. A very disappointed, customer who was completely ripped off my HJ!
