Cost Details:
Our furnishings minimum budgets start at $75k per room or range between $150k-$800k for multiple rooms to a full home. Our area of expertise is in remodel budgets for whole homes between $500k-$4 million. We work on kitchen remodels with a budget range of $150k-$300k and bath remodels with a budget range between $75k-$200k. Please contact us for a personalized estimate for your project.

Designer with great insight and taste. Lynn helped us updating a powder room, a library and a TV lounge in a traditional tudor home. Her selection of wall paper, paint color and furnishings are both functional and esthetic. We couldn't be happier with the project.

I had the honor of working with Lynn on the renovation and design of a small storefront office in San Francisco. Lynn was amazing to work with… as a designer myself (graphic design), I was extremely impressed with Lynn’s design expertise and taste, and her ability to truly collaborate – I had more than a few bad ideas along the way that she delicately talked me out of... a rare skill! Now that the project is nearing completion, my team and I couldn’t be happier with the space – it’s a great reflection of our company, and just feels good to work in every day.

I can't say enough about what a joy and a godsend it was to work with Lynn on this project. Without any previous remodel experience, my husband and I took on the gut remodel of an almost 140-year-old Victorian that needed quite a bit of updating to work for the needs of a contemporary family. We had seen Lynn's work in Domino and admired her sophisticated classic-modern aesthetic. When she came over for an initial visit, we realized very quickly that she was the right designer for us—she had an appreciation for the home's original details and our quirky passion for vintage decor, but knew how to provide the discipline and clarity that the project so desperately needed. So many of her ideas are now our favorite features in our home: the library ladder in the kitchen, the fish-scale tile in our family bathroom, the incredible toile wallpaper in our bedroom, the two-tone Caesarstone floors in our master bath... Our home is so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and it's all because of Lynn. Not to mention that she handled our stressful and prolonged remodel with patience and good humor, and remained prompt and accessible with her responses throughout the whole process. It might take me a little while to save up for my next gut remodel ;) but the next time I'm in the market, you can bet I'll be getting back in touch with Lynn.

I feel truly lucky to have known and worked with Lynn! Our project lasted from August 2015 through December 2016, and was focused on interior furnishings for my home. Her ability to capture the style I was hoping for shows how dedicated she is to understanding her clients, and she approached my project with great care and thoughtfulness.
