I have worked with Deborah French on multiple projects both domestic and international . I can personally say that it has been a pleasure working with Deborah. Deborah is a skilled professional in the design world with a vast knowledge of the business both in resourcing and in executing with great detail. What i have observed with Deborah is that her projects are completed on time and on budget and with a great understanding of the ultimate goal. Having lived both in the US and aboard Deborah has a much more global view when it comes to design and i know our clients were more than thrilled with Deborah's eye. I would highly recommend Deborah for any interior design job.

Deborah has impeccable taste and is careful to work within a client's budget range. She has developed deep contacts throughout the years, which enable her to draw upon endless sources for her ideas. In our project, she designed several stunning tables and couches, which were then custom built for us. Deborah is able to draw upon her own travels and experiences to create a very sophisticated, yet comfortable look.
Our project has been ongoing for the last two years (as we have lived overseas part of this time) and Deborah has had to work under some difficult conditions. She has continued to deliver a very high quality of service throughout this time, with great follow up, and I would recommend her without reservation.

I was introduced to Deborah through one of her former colleagues at Ralph Lauren and have worked on quite a few of her projects doing custom window treatments, upholstery, and furniture. Deborah is a real pleasure to work with both personally and aesthetically and I always see her clients are also always very pleased with her and her work. I highly recommend her.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Deborah French. She has an intuitive sense of style, color, texture and flow. She was on time for our meetings, prepared and had excellent design suggestions. She was mindful of our budget and kept within it. We loved working with her. We look forward to working with Deborah French again on another larger project.

Deborah French has it all--exquisite taste, full command of color and texture, decades of experience, superior organizational skills, and an amazing design assistant, Christine. She also happens to be an exceptionally kind and patient person, which is so essential when you are undergoing a major home renovation. She will spend a considerable amount of time understanding what you want, is respectful of budgetary considerations, and is readily accessible by phone and email. My husband and I are so pleased with the renovation and design of our duplex apartment from the paint, to the lighting, to the furnishings. I give her my highest recommendation. You would be smart to hire her. She is truly an amazing find.

Deborah was patient with me. I have trouble making decisions...until I really love something. And I don't have one particular style that I want everything to conform to. I didn't want things to matchy-matchy and designer-y. In other words, I am a tough customer She worked hard to figure out what I would love. And I do love everything she did. She's also fun to hang out with through designer showrooms..a total pleasure. I would use her again and again. And she has fantastic taste, and knows where to find things from exactly which showrooms to small shops in town and online.

I am a professional artist and hired Deborah to create a living space that would speak to my own aesthetic. She has a marvelous sense of color and immediately established a palette for the room. Deborah has a remarkable ability to integrate texture and pattern as well as a sculptor's sensibility of space and proportion. There is a beauty and utility in everything she chooses. Now I have a living space that I love to be in and really feels like home. Deborah gave me something I could not get from other designers.

Deborah has a wonderful sense of style and color. She was able to source interesting and attractive country antiques and integrate them with our existing furniture in a way that transformed a decade of poor choices into a casual elegant home that reflects the way we live. Deborah is diligent and budget conscious. She is also very patient and understanding because we often change our minds and we are never really sure about we like or what we want.

I have had the pleasure to know Deborah French both personally and professionally for very many years. Deborah is extraordinarily talented and easy going. She brings a remarkably refined eye to every project and is able to give each client something completely unique. An artist to the core, her design work never looks decorated. Instead, it is carefully and subtly curated. She cares deeply about the work she does and gives from her soul.
