Here at TDTD we believe unique furniture doesn’t have to be expensive and that transforming 2nd hand, Gumtree purchases or Ikea hacks are a great way to achieve a stylish functional piece of furniture on a budget.

For our Cheltenham project on a budget we used some affordable Ikea pieces and transformed them to a unique piece of furniture.

    Ooh, I love a good hack! I've upcycled lots of furniture over the years, mostly just with paint or new knobs and handles. We've got some wooden pallets in the garden waiting for some inspiration. Was thinking of turning them into an ottoman. Can you tell me how you achieve the buttoned on the ottoman shown here?
