Need help choosing lights - would love some opinions (A vs B)

Need to make my final decision on lights. Kitchen island is adjacent to the dining table. Kitchen will be soft grey, in-frame painted, with light silestone worktop (probably blanco city). Which would you prefer between A) first 2 images show island light (3 of them) and dining table single pendant B) 2nd 2 images show an equivalent alternative - which is better A or B? Over all house style is contemporary classic. All help and opinions most welcome :-)
