Currently looking to relocate and seen this Victorian / Edwardian aged property which has had 2 odd extensions including one ground floor flat roof extension of only a couple of meters (not sure on the footings yet), and the removal of a couple of internal walls which has left a very odd Dining Room with more doors in it that necessary!

Currently I think the floor plan /layout could be greatly improved - probably a lot of insulation added in areas too.

Thoughts on improving the layout to maximize space?

p.s the rear garden is a reasonably good size also with a couple of meters to the left and right of the property
