We are one of their installers in Colchester and have four on display, if we are near enough pop in, if not just find a local installer. if you are after timber we supply Bereco, again go to their website, not cheap but beautiful. I like the wood effect tile. If properly placed it might give the impression of an actual wood floor. Well apart from colour i guess one would have to conisder how easy they are to clean with stains and all. But more importantly how slippery they are when dry, when wet or when there is a little bit of oil on it.

Hi All, We are buying a new house which comes with a generic kitchen. We plan to upgrade and change colours, get a quartz countertop etc. We had our heart set on a light grey wood style floor. but my question is around what type of floor. We originally thought laminate throughout the whole downstairs, but then were put off as people were saying it was a bad idea for kitchens. Then we started thinking of wood effect tiling, but the idea of dirty grout kinda sways me away from that. Here's a rough photoshop of what we're thinking - disregard the wonky floor :) Any advice?
