I am in the process of planning a kitchen extension. My flooring will be Stone Superstore Charterhouse Bianco Antique tiles, my perimeter cabinets a light off.white (possibly wrens Moon White or Howdens Porcelain and the island Olive green or Ash green. The island (which will include the sink) will be a light quartz. I cant decide whether to have quartz on the perimeter also or solid oak ? I have solid oak in my current kitchen and live with it happily so practicality aside, which looks best? With the flooring, perimeter cabinets being light, will the oak add depth? Or with having different colour island, will the quartz be more cohesive? I will have brick slips on the walls in the areas shown
