Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on the best way to deal with persistent surface water in the side passage between my house and the neighboring wall (photo attached). The area is a narrow concrete walkway enclosed by brick walls, and after rain water tends to sit on the surface rather than drain away.
There is an existing catch basin/drain near the front (visible in the photo), but the slab appears to have low spots and possibly insufficient slope, causing puddling along much of the passage. I’d like a long-term solution rather than simply sweeping the water out.
Thanks in advance 👍🏼
