Utilitt, pantry, kitchen design headache

last month

Im really struggling with what to do with this area of my house.
Context- Utility as marked on plans is just a garage space, single skin, cold but with plumbing for washer/dryer. Ideally would like to add insulation but would be costly and ceiling height slight problem
Upstairs on 1st floor is a master bedroom qith walk in wardrobe, 2 further double bedroom. All sharing a modest family bathroom. On the 2nd floor is a loft bedroom with en suite. Not using this as a master. More a guest/teenager room
The pantry area has a restrictive bulkhead due to pipe runs that cant be altered. Ceiling height as indicated 2.15m
Options
A) design as planned. Pantry limited in size at 1.6x1m, lots of different door swings to handle
B) Take out the wall between toilet and pantry. Creating a downstairs shower room. Use recessed shower rainfall head due to bulkhead
C) Make pantry bigger, have main kitchen entrance open against the side wall.
D) Make pantry bigger, but make it a Utility room in a heated space, handy off kitchen. Block up door to garage space then for better kitchen design? Or will I regret that decision? Shift door into garage up closer to the nib?
E) Make bulkhead space into coat store off hallway, doesnt seem very useful but gives a clean wall for kitchen units
F) something totally different
