Remove the ensuite and re-configure the other bathroom so the door to it is opposite the 'Principal Bedroom' door to make more storage space in bedroom - the bathroom will be closer to both bedrooms and also not be the first thing you see when you come in the front door. That also allows that hall location to be used for more storage - was going to suggest a small round dining table, but it'd be much nicer to have table in the sitting room near a window rather than sitting in a dark hallway. Could probably open up that wall at end of kitchen to open it up to the hallway more - which might make it feel bigger and have more access to the hallway storage area, but also be mindful that the kitchen will be more visible when you come into the space. You could partially open up kitchen to sitting room so that there is a bit of an overhang from the worktop in kitchen to provide a spot for seating at the 'bar' which also lets more light into the kitchen without opening it up open plan. I also think there is enough space in the kitchen to reconfigure it to use more of the space - with plumbing to current ensuite it shouldn't be too big a job to move the sink over to the other side, for example - but you could just add tall storage units on the currently un-used wall - 300mm deep units are great for kitchen storage as things don't get lost at the back of cupboards. Have changed the plan to show all these ideas, but you might not want to do all of them at once as they might not all be needed to create the space you need/want.
