Please give me ideas on how to reconfigure this space. It’s a first floor Victorian flat. It has stairs behind the kitchen that lead to a small garden. Ideally I want to convert the loft to make a kitchen with roof terrace and living room and would like to put 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Can anyone advise on this? What do I do about the garden? I think it would be weird to have to access the garden through a bedroom. Is there an alternative? If this is not possible how do I make what is there better? I hate having to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom- it’s something that has always put me off a property (am I alone in this?)
Is there anyway this can be reconfigured to make it flow better? Any idea idea of cost (SE London). If I have to keep forest floor as it is I will also be having the loft converted to include 2 bedrooms and an en-suite.
