Renovating Design Dilemma Building a Home

Renovation new layout.

Hello, I know there are always good ideas given here. Wondering if you can help the new project. Please see my new ideas of the renovation proposal. There is a ground floor renovation and two options upstairs,Option A or B.
Personally everything feels a little off, maybe too square kitchen living and the door directly off the kitchen into the living room? I'm just not sure? Any help much appreciated as always!

If it were my house I will do this I will keep the WC on the front and pushback the coat storage so my hallway not feels so cramped,

Move the sccess door to utillities since it not make sense place a door in the middle section of the room like previously and decrese the cabinets on the LDK cause I have many storage in the pantry anyway

switch the dining table and couch position so I can see guest when they coming,

For the second floor I just suggest few changes in access door location or how it open up

Hi all, I'm tearing my hair out re kitchen layout for a new build and would love your suggestions. I'm finding it hard to design something clean-cut but yet that is not too closed in around the entrance door to the kitchen. The style will be handleless matt with a white stone worktop, very modern hopefully. Anyway, we will be having the hob closer to the wall to allow for more seating space on peninsula - it's measuring about 2.7m at the moment. Potentially a mix of the 3 different plans might work best, but the position of the sink and hob won't change. Would love to hear your feedback. Thanks!

Can anyone advise me, is this bathroom layout ok? Knocking two shower room/toilets into one bathroom. The red is the wall being knocked. The shower will be going behind the toilet. If all the plumbing remains the same it would’ve more cost effective. However if there is a better option Please let me know.
