I'm not an interior design person or have any experience in home furnishings or sorting out my apartment, however I am feeling the need for something that seperates my hallway and the lounge of my apartment, as I don't like that people waiting for the lift in the communal area outside my apartment can hear me talk or hear my music/computer etc.

Essentially preventing the sound escaping from my apartment into the hallway where the lifts are outside my apartment!

Google seems to suggest something called a pocket door would work? Does anyone have any ideas or how/where I'd get something done? I'm London based.
