We've decided to stay put in our house and move the bathroom upstairs as currently we only have one downstairs at the back of the house.
We've played around with our floor plan and can create a bathroom around 1700mm by 2500mm.
We want to incorporate a bath and a shower but I don't think we can have them separate so looks as if it's going to be a shower over the bathtub.
At the moment we have our washing machine in a utility cupboard downstairs but we want to open up the back of the house by moving this as well as the bathroom.
We've come up with two designs, one without the washing machine and the toilet in it's place and one with. Does this look feasible?
We've spoken with some builders already and a quick visit from an architect who have no issues with the placement of the bathroom as the waste pipe is at the back of the house.
