Kitchen [Help deciding what looks best]

Our L shape needs a little extra storage, we have 350mm-400mm in depth we can use and approx 1000mm in width before we encroach into our minimum walk space gaps (1m).

After a design briefing we discovered that the client didn't want any kind of seating in the space. Our designer suggested using the maximum amount of space possible and gave us a few options involving mirror backed shelving with integrated lights.

Option 1 'Set in'

Involves framing, plasterboard and plastering.

Option 2 'Naked'

Simple install

Option 3 'Front and back storage design' -

Involves 2 300mm width tall units and a huge side panel to join them

Option 4

without anything/

find your storage elsewhere.

With these projects there are always costs to consider (Budget 10k+vat), if we spend over on this section we may have to cut back on appliances quality or downgrade the worktops - If option 3 costs twice what option 2 costs, is that good value or worth sacrificing something for? Does option 1 warrant the cost of creating studwork + plastering ect....

What do you think?

Can your creative ideas help boost the storage / functionality / cool factor of our tiny kitchen?

Thanks for your help!
