Struggling with bathroom layout!

Hello. I wonder if someone could help me with ideas on my bathroom.

I've marked in grey what is 'non negotiable' i.e. the position of the bath and the wc. Where I'm struggling is:

1. The shower area. The shower needs to be at least 1200 along the window wall to include the small window. If it's rectangular e.g. 1200 x 900, I'm concerned a fixed enclosure will create a 1200 'corridor' and the room won't flow. I think a pentagonal one would work better (I prefer them to quadrants) but even their screens are 700 before turning diagonally. Also, rather than a fixed enclosure I would prefer a rectangular tray with frameless screens. I was thinking perhaps a short fixed 30cm panel by the bathroom door to the left as you enter, attached to a 70cm pivot door that could fold back into the shower when not in use. And perhaps a 70cm to block the toilet. That would open up the room but might it create a trip hazard near the toilet? And because the glass wouldn't meet would it mean the floor was always wet?

2. Vanity unit/radiator. It's a traditional style bathroom so I think a floorstanding unit works better. There'll also be a traditional style towel radiator (width 80cm depth 28cm) and my plan was to put an 80cm vanity unit closest to the bath, and the rad to the right of the vanity unit. (That would place the rad closer to the shower where it will be most used, for towels etc. It looked okay on paper but when I tried it in the room with boxes it felt the depth of the unit (46cm) was blocking the oval bath. A 60cm vanity unit looked dwarfed by the towel radiator. Swapping them round would work better but it puts the rad too far from the shower.

Any comments or ideas would be very much appreciated as I'm going round in circles with it! Thanks
