layout help please

last month

Hi everyone!
We have recently moved into a period property (Georgian/Victorian?) and we’re lacking a bit of inspiration for the back of the house. Currently it feels like we are wasting a Iot of space and there’s so many doors!
We would really like to swap the kitchen and dining room and keep a shower room. Looking to incorporate a utility room too. All help with this is very much appreciated.
