Porch design help

Dear Houzzers,

Would really appreciate some help making my porch mor functional as we have hit the proverbial design brick wall! Storage for shoes recently built (doors to go on shortly) - but struggling with the placement of everything else thanks to the little port window in the middle of the wall. Removing it is not an option at the moment so keen to see if anyone has some ideas about where /how to position coat pegs, and a full mirror and still end up with a decent looking space. Ideally, we also wanted some shiplap-esque panelling on the back wall with the shoe cupboard, build full width open storage for hats, gloves etc to go into baskets, and a slimline rad cover to hide all the pipes on full display as you open the front door. But just can’t visualise a cohesive image of the end result. Grateful for any ideas; that little window just has me stumped!! Area is 1.8m x 1.8m

    I agree with @pmasmith3. There is no reason why you cannot work around the window. I think it adds character. Place hooks either side, if you have smaller children, place the left side lower. Add various shelf ideas with baskets on.
    Plus, why not make entering into your hallway more interesting on the eye, by way of covering your radiator with a bespoke unit, block coloured to match wall or a console table.
