Hidden ensuite in wardrobe so not to block the detailed ceiling??

My husband wants to make our lovely large lounge into our main bedroom (reasons on another thread but we need a second bedroom and this is the only room it can work with apparently).
It's about 17'6 x 14' or so.
The pronlem is that it has a lovely decorative ceiling (ignore that awful textured paper they have put on though!) which means we can't just cut the room up without ruining it.
To the right side is another little bathroom so that far wall would be ideal.
I'm wondering if we could be clever and do some sort of secret ensuite that looks like a wardrobe perhaps so it doesn't go up to the ceiling?? Not sure on size or access or how to work in the entrance doors which is also an issue so it can't go too far over.
Any clever ideas or the smallest size it could be? Should we just have a wc and sink in there as its only a flat and leave the main shower as is in the other shower room.?
Thank you
