Cracked plaster around newly installed blind bracket in window recess

I've fitting up a new blind and when screwing a screw into newly drilled rawlplug, the plaster around completely cracked and now has cracked over the recess edge and around the plug. I'm not sure if its safe to attach blind to the bracket now (the other 4 look ok). Any advice on how to fix would be great?! Thanks, Charlie
