Hallway flooring

We are choosing flooring for our hallway, as per photo. It’s about 6.5 m wide by 4.5 m deep, we have chosen a wood effect ceramic tile for all rooms except kitchen which is a 1.2 by 1.2 off white Matt tile, which I’m thinking of using in hallway too to brighten it up )will flow straight into kitchen) but I want to make it look like a grand hallway we have panelling on walls and lights, black doors. I thought about incorporating a black border or a centre pattern but I just can’t decide any advice?
