Any recommendations for a kitchen extractor fan?

Hello! We’re doing a full kitchen renovation, and I’m in search of a kitchen extractor fan (that’s somewhat quiet and actually works well)… ideally either chimney style or built-in, we have a 90cm gas hob… We’re located in Italy, and I’m honestly not familiar with any of the brands… Any help or recommendations would be amazing.
