Front porch ideas

Hello, this is our front ’porch’. It is just a dumping ground but I’d like to try and make it more pretty! It is open to the elements and I’d like to still use it to keep muddy boots and the dog bits and pieces. It’s very narrow so I can’t see a bench fitting … Any ideas?

Looking for ideas for updating front door and vestibule/porch area. Do I keep and update exterior sliding door or replace? I'm edging towards a light green for our internal door as goes with interior scheme. Hall quite dark so thinking of moving light fixture inside interior door and keeping as much glass in doors as possible. Any one with similar set-up or a creative brain that can share ideas?
