Cloudy kitchen units -help!

last month

our kitchen unit end panel appears to be cloudy/uneven in places any ideas why/how to resolve? ideally want to avoid sanding/stripping the panel

am putting in a new single walled kitchen, length of wall 6.2 metre, there is one 800mm window on wall and a 3.2 metre island. the kitchen will be part of an open plan living area. I am struggling as to go with painted or gloss kitchen finish. What do you think. It is a south facing kitchen so there will be lots of light. It is fair comment on not so pretty tiles and unfortunately you can't do much with the floor here because it covers too large area. On a picture you can see only lounge area, which is actually part of the kitchen. Tiles cover floor in the kitchen, lounge area and dining room. Extra large rug wouldn't make it better. This project has two tough points: tight budget and timing.

Its only a couple of months old but does get direct sunlight on it in the afternoon, yes

Dont think a scouring pd has been used but i cant say for certain it hasnt. can it be fixed if it has? thanks
