Exterior renovation ideas

I want modernise the look of the houses exterior.. I also want to split my main living room which is a very big room with no celine into 2 rooms which will involve removing existing window and replacing with 2 or maybe 3 windows.. I want to visualise what house will look like from outside when finished..
