Comments (27)Hi guys, Leelee we are definitely doing the vintage bits on the wall. We actually have some vintage cereal boxes that we are planning on displaying on the shelves (filled with cereal of course)!. Sarainitaly - I'm investigating thenIkea planner but it's painful to work (or maybe it's just me!). Here's a pic of the walls totally painted green now. Think the shelves will look great along with some pictures dotted around. It's the cabinets now that will b a pain! BTW it was pure enthusiasm that stopped me waiting until the water heater came off the wall to paint - lol. I will have to paint the patch when it's off....See MoreDrainage on concrete path
Comments (0)Hi i'm having serious drainage issues with the bottom of the garden ..there is a path sloped down to a big concert shed with absolutely no drainage ..as we have a dog we often need to hose the area down any time we do water pools down around entrance to the shed. im think of digging up part of the path and putting in a french drain type with stones and grate on top ..Would this make sense..The oil tank is on the bottom of that path too so id have to be careful of the piping ...Has anyone any better ideas ??...See Moregarden help after renovation
Comments (1)Bumping this in the hope that someone might be able to help. The house is on a east-south-east - west-north-west direction, so we get the first patch of light in the bottom right hand corner, and the last of it on the patio in the evening. Id like a little seating area or something in that bottom right hand corner to go for a cuppa on a sunny morning. I was thinking of some sort of a living wall/trellis in front of the shed to screen it off, but not sure how this would look, or how to attach it to the shed...See MoreIan Game
