Hi all!
We recently moved to a new house and have a bit of a heating dilemma, and am wondering if we are missing a trick. At the moment, due to our furniture and the current heating set up, we have a large sofa running across an outside wall, which also has a long horizontal radiator on it.
We are looking at ways to increase our heat efficiency, and I'm wondering if replacing the horizontal rad with a vertical one will make any significant difference to the amount of heat in the room. Or if we raised the existing rad up to have 6-10 inches of it higher than the back of the sofa to increase heat circulation. Moving the sofa or rad location isn't an option at this point.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks :)
