I would reinstate the wall between the longe and breakfast room. Use the breakfast room for the DINING space. Replace the rear kitchen window with doors and use as a seating area. Do you need a utility or downstairs wc?
Sarah L's suggestion would be worth considering, especially in the light of energy costs and heating or necessitate a complete rethink of heating solutions and incurring more renovation costs to have an energy efficient home.
Pocket doors between lounge and breakfast room. Reinstate the wall of the hallway and breakfast room with a door. Dining table in the middle of the breakfast room.
