Covering cracks in render

Hi all
When we bought this house about 17 years ago these marks around the windows were already there. They aren’t deep cracks just unsightly marks. Someone suggested they were sedimentation marks.
We aren’t in a position to paint the whole house at the moment. Does anyone have any idea how we could deal with these - are there special paints which could cover up the cracks?
