Comments (1)I guess it depends if you need to live in it straight away or if you have a bit of time beforehand. I think I would personally need to have bedrooms painted and carpeted and a bathroom useable. If your kitchen units are been ripped out could you do this before moving in? If it's as bad as you say I would be inclined to rip all carpets out and get it fresh-not ideal painting around new carpets but you could do that gradually-i could put up with dirty paint but not dirty carpet...just my thoughts.
